We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Fees

  • A flat return shipping fee of E£120.00 will be applied
  • No restocking fees will be charged

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not have final sale items, but returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified if your refund is approved
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
